Social Workers, Case Managers and other Patient Advocates are charged with coordinating the care of patient clients who have suffered the devastating effect of brain injury due to various forms of Stroke. This presentation is aimed at enhancing the knowledge base of clinicians to aid the recovery curve of clients and to optimize the function and quality of life of clients along the care continuum.
